30 days to change your mind
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Start a return by emailing support@willowandice.com with your order number.
Defective items
A defective product is always refundable or replaceable, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or the 30-day window has passed under warranty terms.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, send us photographs of the item and the outer packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. No return shipment is required for transit damage.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit.
Not returnable
For hygiene reasons, opened bath and body consumables cannot be returned unless defective.
