Where we ship from
All Willow & Ice orders ship from our US warehouses. We do not drop-ship internationally, and we do not currently sell or ship outside the United States.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery is 4–7 business days after processing, via USPS or UPS. Every order ships tracked, and the tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is scanned.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- $6.95 flat rate on orders of $75 or less.
- United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where carrier service allows.
