Willow & Ice sells home recovery equipment: cold plunge tubs, red light panels, and tools for necks and shoulders that spend the day at a desk.

What we stock, and why

Recovery equipment has a price problem. A plumbed-in cold plunge with a chiller runs into four figures before installation. A red light panel from a clinical brand costs more than most people spend on a mattress. Neither is complicated technology.

We stock a deliberately small range — currently four products — chosen because they do the same job at a price that makes sense for a spare room, a garage, or a corner of a bathroom. We would rather stand behind a handful of things properly than list four hundred we have never handled.

Where your order ships from

Every product we sell ships from a warehouse inside the United States, by FedEx or USPS, with tracking. We do not ship from overseas and we do not sell to customers outside the US. That is why our delivery window is 4–7 business days rather than the three-to-six weeks common elsewhere.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day.

What we will not tell you

We sell general wellness and recovery equipment. It is not medical equipment, and we do not make claims about treating, curing or preventing anything. You will not find promises about pain, healing or conditions anywhere on this site, because we are not qualified to make them and it would not be honest.

What we will tell you is exactly what a product is: its dimensions, its power draw, its wavelengths, what is in the box. If you are managing an injury or a health condition, speak to a qualified professional before starting cold exposure or any new recovery practice.

If something goes wrong

• 30 days to return anything unused in its original packaging.
• Defective items are always refundable or replaceable, opened or not.
• Damaged in transit? Send photographs within 7 days and we ship a replacement. You do not need to return the damaged one.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving a return.

We answer every email within one business day. A real person reads them.

How we operate

Willow & Ice is an online retailer based in North Sioux City, South Dakota, selling to customers across the United States. We hold no showroom and take no walk-in trade — orders are placed here and dispatched from our fulfilment partners’ US warehouses.

Prices are listed in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is handled by PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — card details are never stored on our systems.
